Auckland should get …
Auckland should get more press. It looks like it could rival any of the more popular Australian destinations.
I would’ve loved a shot of that 77 year old jumper. Maybe in honor of her bravery they could’ve named one of the burgers the “Old Lady Burger” that plunges right into your stomach.

Are things expensive in New Zealand? The weather seems great. Are there good work opportunities? Are the schools good for non-citizens (like US citizens) who move there? Is Auckland the best city in NZ?

Sorry mate…NZ is my definate pick for the best place to live…the family/work life balance is awesome…there is no place I would rather be in the summer than sitting at Piha or having dinner on the Viaduct in Auckland…

we came back …
we came back mostly to be closer to family instead of the dreaded 24hours of travel once a year…but thinking of moving back in 2010…we just cant NZ out of our minds…and hearts…

depends where in …
depends where in the world you live. In the USA they say downtown. In most other english speaking countries it’s ‘city centre’. Eg UK, australia, new zealand, jamaica, india, nigeria, pakistan, south africa etc

Um didie13720 there are actually plenty of nice white areas in auckland for example east coast bays, ponsonby, remuera/st heliers, east auckland to name a few. If you never lived in one of them youre obviously trash with no money. Also if you are the person that is in your videos you might want to look in the mirror before calling people as you dont exactly look white.

i lived the for four years and not trying to put anyone off but alot of happens there! youth gangs are on the rise and people get killed more and more often, im a little racist some i’m gunna say it…. its all those polyinesian s ing everything up with there wanna be crips and bloods bullshit! sorry but its the truth. there are ghettos in all corners of that city and its hard not to run into little terry tuff nut gets.
